Detailed Item Information

The Biomimetic 200 is an ideal racket for club through to advanced players. Being Nikolay Davydenko’s racquet of choice, the Biomimetic 200 exclusively features a dense 18x20 string pattern for deeper control and stability to accommodate longer swift strokes at the baseline.

The racket is constructed with 100% premium Aerogel enhanced graphite and features Dunlop's new Biomimetic technology. HM6 Carbon enhances the racket feel; Aeroskin technology reduces aerodynamic drag making the racket faster through the air and the Gecko-Tac grip gives ultimate control in all conditions.

A thin beam constitutes the frame to optimize superior control for players wielding a swift, long, and aggressive stroke. With an unstrung weight of only 11 oz, the Biomimetic 200 racquet provides a nice blend of control and maneuverability for aggressive net players to volley without reservation and go for the goal.

The Dunlop TF Biomimetic 200 is an an Ultimate Control Racquet, which, are characterized by a small head, heavy weight, thin beam, head light (or even) balance, and frames that are not too stiff. Ultimate control racquets are recommended for advanced players with full strokes, or powerful athletic intermediates who are likely to take a big swing at the ball. These players generate their own power so its the control that the thin beamed, heavy rackets provide. For advanced  or potentially good juniors of adult height, these rackets encourage the development of full flowing strokes and good technique. The slightly lighter ones in this category are probably best for juniors.
