Unlocking

Are your phones unlocked?

It depends on the listing; phones are carrier locked unless specifically stated.

Can you unlock upon request?

No, we lack the capabilities at this time.

How can I unlock my phone?

This is highly dependent on cellular bands and company policy. Most service providers will consider existing customers who meet their requirements , while some extend coverage to any device compatible with their networks. There are also independent unlocking services that are reliant on models and compatibility. We recommend against most unlocking companies, as the majority of these impose excessive fees or are completely fraudulent. Please conduct thorough research before paying for unlocking services.

Activation

Why don't you check the ESN / IMEI / activation status?

We review the activation status exclusively through online databases, because service providers reserve the right to refuse free services (such as unlocking and checking ESNs) to dealers.

How can I determine if a phone is reported lost or stolen?

You may call the carrier directly, review the carrier's online databases if available, or a third-party website. Popular resources include Swappa, CheckESNFree, and IMEI.info.

What should I do if the item is damaged, not as described, or there is difficulty activating my device?

Please contact us immediately, providing photos and relevant details so that we may assist you.

What is the difference between GSM and CDMA unlocked phones?

GSM unlocked phones generally require compatible SIM cards to switch between networks. Major GSM networks include AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, Net 10, MetroPCS. CDMA unlocked phones, also known as unbranded CDMA, generally require physically flashing to switch between networks, as carrier information is stored on the phone. Major CDMA networks include with Sprint, Verizon, Cricket, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and any CDMA network.

Can a GSM network be used on a CDMA network?

No matter what you do to unlock a GSM/CDMA phone, they will ONLY work on a network with the same technology. So if you unlock a GSM phone, it will work on other GSM networks, but it will never work on a CDMA network (since there is no SIM card to put in the phone) and vice versa.

Orders are securely packaged in bubble wrap, plain mailers, or packaging provided by the United States Postal Service.

Will packaging or labels reveal contents?

The packaging of domestic orders do not contain any text or references to the product unless requested. International orders feature a vague category description, but not actual product for the purpose of customs.

What should I do if my item has not arrived or if tracking stops updating within a reasonable amount of time?

Delivery should not exceed one to two weeks domestically, and one to two months internationally. We shall issue a full refund, exchange, or replacement if the shipping service cannot determine the location after this period.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Products in the original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. ‘Original’ is defined as products that have not been subjected to misuse, damaged, or modified. Returns will not be processed beyond thirty days of delivery.
