Detailed Item Information

Aggressive ball strikers should have a blast with this update to the TFlash 315. At 11.7 ounces, this one draws a nice compromise between speed and stability. The racquet's midsection has been updated with Tecnifibre'sVelocity Shaft Design, giving it a speedier, more aerodynamic feel. Fast swings from the baseline deliver penetrating depth, loads of spin and explosive bounces (see heavy ball). Thanks to its Tour Prepared Technology, which features silicone in the handle, the response is wonderfully crisp and clean. TW playtesters reported a lively response from the baseline, one that allowed them to impose their will with pace and spin. At net this one moves into position like butter, and there's plenty of pop for finishing points. Serving with the TFlash 315 is an exercise in power and spin. Strong intermediates and advanced players should be able to get some free points with this one. Ultimately, this fast and powerful stick is a great option for the aggressive player looking to kick it up a notch.

Product Review

Description

Included is a brand new racquet and a 4 3/8 grip. Strings and vibration stopper sold separate. The racquet is in the original retail packaging. Photos are of the actual product. There may be slight variations in packaging based on weight.

This is a Powerful Control Racquet, which are characterized by Mid Size head, weight around 300g, thicker beam, even (or slightly head heavy) balance, stiffer frame. These rackets are control based, but are quite powerful at the same time. Classic rackets in this category are the Babolat Pure Drive range or the Babolat Aeropro range of rackets. Powerful Control racquets are recommended for all player types. They provide a mixture of power and control (sometimes described as "tweener" rackets). They are suitable for physically strong or athletic beginners, intermediates who are likely to take a big swing at the ball, and advanced players looking for more power or topspin in their game, and first adult racket for juniors of all levels.
