Return Process
Submit the Return Merchandise form. Items must be in the original condition and not subject to misuse, abuse, or damage.
Print the emailed prepaid shipping label. Include a brief note with the order number, your buyer information, all parts and accessories, and reason for return.
Pack and ship the item. The refund or replacement will be sent once the returned product is received.
